Wednesday was my
birthday and I spent the day spoiling myself with a great breakfast, a manicure
and a night out with my friend. I received a lot of adorable texts and through
this post, I would like to thank you all! I do miss you guys out here! A lot!
Now – enough with the
emo stuff – my life is getting pretty busy out here. My tutor is telling me to
go out, go to parties, be on top of the trends in London. Well, it’s a hard job
I guess but someone has got to do it. Furthermore he is telling me not to
invest in books but in magazines, all kinds of magazines! Since I’ve been here,
I got to notice that there is life besides Elle, Glamour and Vogue – who would
have thought? So I’m exploring a whole new world out here. J
Next week’s agenda: the
Chanel expo on the ‘Little Black Jacket’ in the Saatchi gallery, a
pre-screening of the documentary on Diana Vreeland (famous fashion editor of
Harper’s Bazaar) and the British Film Festival. Besides that I will be spending
this weekend exploring some essentials in London like Dover Street Market and
Columbia Road Flower Market. Lots of things to do!
My school is too cool for you |
But for now, I’m ‘stuck’
with my homework. I’m writing a piece on ‘Why I love… All Stars’ and on the
Fashion Moment of red lipstick. Feeling like a true writer behind my desk here.
xoxo
