Think
cotton candy, rainbows and unicorns. This for the girly girls who know in their
hearts that they will always have a love-relationship with the colour pink.
Although
pink was never out of style, it is now back! And stronger then ever. Or it will
be at least, next season. After one of my lectures on trends, I was advised to
take a look at trend forecaster Li Edelkoort. She is a Dutch woman – how could
she be anything else – who is like a guru when it comes to forecasting trends.
And it just seems to be that she predicts a very bright future for my beloved
pink colour. Yes, I dyed my hair pink and I would do it again anytime.
This new
pink is not the girly Barbie pink though. It is a strong pink that stands for
provocation and in your face-ness. Who could not looooove that! It is all about
revolutionizing and being a rebel in pink.
